Each participant attending the congress in person is required to pay the participation fee. At least one participant must attend the congress program for a participation certificate to be issued for an accepted paper. For online participation, at least one participant must pay the participation fee. Once the congress program has begun, it will no longer be possible to pay the registration fee. All sessions and other events will be accessible only to registered participants.
